End-to-end Base Transceiver Station deployment—ground-based and rooftop tower erection, power system integration, and remote monitoring setup. 4G/5G rollout.
Rapid-response O&M teams managing over 1,800 km (up to ~ 2000 kms) of active network. SLA-driven maintenance with 24/7 fault response protocols. Network performance monitoring, fault diagnosis, and SLA-driven maintenance management.
